The Unsaid Baatein is a listening and emotional support service. The primary purpose of a session is to provide a space to talk openly, express yourself and feel heard.

The service is not an emergency or crisis service.

The service is intended for people aged 18 years and above.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Sessions are currently available in 30-minute and 60-minute formats.

A session may be extended by another 30 or 60 minutes if the listener agrees and the required time is available. Any extension is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Payment is required before a session is confirmed.

Once a session is confirmed, the agreed time is reserved specifically for that session.

Payments are currently processed through Razorpay.

The Unsaid Baatein is intended to remain a respectful and comfortable space for both clients and listeners.

A listener may decline or end a session if there is serious harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, sexually inappropriate behaviour, or other conduct that makes continuing the session inappropriate or unsafe.

To protect the privacy and boundaries of both clients and listeners, sessions and conversations are intended to remain within The Unsaid Baatein.

Clients must not attempt to obtain, use or contact a listener through their personal phone number, personal social-media accounts or other personal contact details outside the service.

The Unsaid Baatein may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. The latest version will be published on this website.
