• Booking details such as date, time, preferred format and assigned listener.
• Payment and transaction information required to confirm or maintain payment records.

We do not require you to provide information such as your age, location, city or other personal details unless you choose to share them.

We use the information we receive only as needed to:

• Respond to your enquiries.
• Answer questions about our services.
• Arrange and confirm sessions.
• Communicate with you regarding your session.
• Maintain basic booking and payment records.
• Provide and manage the service.

We do not use your conversations for advertising, promotional content, training, research or any other unrelated purpose.

Your conversations are treated as private.

• Calls are not recorded by The Unsaid Baatein.
• Listeners do not create or maintain separate notes about your conversations.
• WhatsApp sessions use disappearing messages with a 24-hour setting.
• Telegram session conversations are deleted from both sides after the session.
• Conversations are not published or used as content.

Communication through services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email is also subject to the privacy practices of those platforms.

For operational purposes, we may retain limited information such as your preferred name, contact mode, payment record, booking date and time, and the listener assigned to your session.

We keep this information only as needed for managing our service and related records.

Payments are currently processed through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, bank or other payment credentials ourselves.

Payment-related information may be processed and retained by Razorpay according to its own policies and applicable requirements.

Access is limited to the people who need the information to provide or manage the service.

Your listener may have access to the contact information and conversation necessary to conduct your session. Basic booking and payment records may be accessed for operational purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

You are free to decide what personal information you share with us, apart from information reasonably necessary to communicate with you or provide the service.

You may also contact us to request deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will delete information that we are able to delete, subject to any information that may need to be retained for legitimate operational, payment, accounting or legal purposes.

The Unsaid Baatein is intended for people aged 18 years and above.

Because we do not require identity verification, we may not always be able to verify a person's age.

The Unsaid Baatein welcomes people from outside India as well. If you use third-party communication or payment services, your information may also be handled by those providers according to their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if our services, processes or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page.
