Just a person who listens
the.unsaid.baatein started from one simple observation: most people don't need to be fixed. They need someone to stay on the other side of the conversation without flinching.
I'm an empathetic listener — not a therapist, not a counsellor, not an advice machine. My work is to hold space while you say the things you keep swallowing: the resentment, the guilt, the 3 AM thoughts, the things that sound too small or too heavy to tell anyone you know.
Every conversation is anonymous. You choose the name you want to be called, the language you're most yourself in, and whether we talk through text or voice. Nothing you share leaves that conversation.
There's no clock ticking loudly, no forms to fill, no diagnosis at the end. Just space — enough of it that you can hear yourself think again.
No judgment
Whatever you say stays in the room, without a verdict attached.
No fixing
Advice only if you ask. Otherwise, presence is the whole point.
No performance
You can ramble, cry, contradict yourself or say nothing at all.
An honest boundary
This is peer emotional support, not therapy or crisis care. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, please contact a professional helpline or emergency service right away — and know that reaching out that way is a strong, good thing to do.
